How to Get There

• Flying In: Your main point of entry is Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), which sits roughly 15 miles north of downtown and the stadium corridor.

• Airport Transit: Public transportation from the airport to the stadium complex is slow and a bit of a hassle; the JTA line 1 bus takes about two hours and requires a transfer downtown. Because Jacksonville is the largest city by land area in the contiguous United States and heavily spread out, renting a car or relying on rideshares like Uber and Lyft is by far your best bet.

Where to Stay

The St. Johns River cuts right through downtown Jacksonville, meaning you can stay on the Northbank near the stadium footprint or crash on the Southbank and use the city's unique water transit to get to the game.

Budget Options

• Extended Stay America Suites - Jacksonville - Riverwalk - Convention Center: Located right on the Southbank just over a mile from the stadium complex, this is an excellent choice for budget-conscious fans and families. It features spacious, apartment-style rooms equipped with handy kitchenettes to help you save some cash on food over a football weekend.

• Hampton Inn Jacksonville-Downtown-I-95: This is a clean, cozy, and highly affordable option situated in the Southbank district. It positions you close to the river transit networks and provides a complimentary hot breakfast daily to fuel your game-day morning.

Higher-End Options

• DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Jacksonville Riverfront: This modern, simple hotel offers nice amenities and sits just steps from the St. Johns River. The location is excellent, just two miles from the stadium, making it a quick and easy drive that is also walkable across the bridge and along the river. Rooms are small but comfortable and most rooms offer balconies as a nice perk for relaxation, with about half the rooms overlooking the river and city skyline in the background. There are two restaurants at the hotel: a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse with its attached upscale Riverview Lounge, and a casual American restaurant and bar serving all three meals in the lobby.

• Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront: Located on the Northbank just 1.1 miles from the stadium gates, this premier full-service hotel offers panoramic riverfront views. It features excellent dining options, a rooftop pool, and puts you close enough to the stadium footprint that you can easily walk or hop on a scooter to get to the gates.

Nearby Activities

• The St. Johns River Taxi: You don't have to just look at the river; you can ride it. Taking a sunset cruise or a daily tour on the St. Johns River Taxi is one of the absolute best ways to take in breathtaking views of the city skyline.

• Daily's Place: This state-of-the-art, 5,500-seat outdoor amphitheater sits physically attached to the south side of the stadium footprint. Check their event schedule before flying in to see if you can catch a concert during your football weekend.

Pregame Food and Drink

• Intuition Ale Works: Located right next to the stadium in the heart of the sports district, this massive craft brewery is an elite pregame hub. It features an exceptional lineup of local beers and excellent bar bites to satisfy your pregame cravings.

• That Bar at the Arena: Situated within easy walking distance of the stadium gates on A. Philip Randolph Boulevard, this high-energy neighborhood bar is always packed shoulder-to-shoulder with Jaguars fans on game day. It serves up traditional stadium grub like burgers and hot dogs to build a solid foundation before kickoff.

Getting to the Event

• The River Taxi Arrival: If you are staying on the Southbank at the DoubleTree or on the Northbank at the Hyatt, skip the cars entirely. Both hotels feature dedicated river docks where you can buy a $20 round-trip game-day wristband and cruise directly to the stadium docks alongside hundreds of other fans.

• JTA Gameday Express: The city offers a fantastic Park-and-Ride shuttle network called the Gameday Express. For a reasonable fee ($10 from downtown lots, $15 from suburban lots), you can park in a secure, remote lot and let JTA handle the traffic directly to the stadium gates.

• Rideshare Setup: If you rely on Uber or Lyft, head to the west side of the stadium footprint near Beaver Street and A. Phillip Randolph Boulevard (near Lot Z). There is a heavily marked, highly organized pickup and drop-off zone operating there.

• Driving: Driving to the game is very common, but you will want to lock in a parking pass ahead of time because official stadium lots do not sell passes at the gates on Sunday morning.

Where to Sit at EverBank Stadium

• Major 2026 Stadium Renovation Update: Construction is officially underway on Jacksonville's $1.4 billion "Stadium of the Future"! Because of active construction zones, the stadium's capacity for the 2026 season has been slashed to just 42,507. The entire upper bowl (400 Level), select 200-level corners, and parts of the end zones are completely offline. Keep this in mind when browsing the secondary ticket markets!

• The Club Experience: The Jaguars are known to have some of the cheapest tickets in football, so this can be a good stadium to splurge on club tickets. The first three levels on the sidelines are all club seating. The best views will come in sections 135-138 and 235-238 on the visitor's sideline. These seats have access to the Gallagher Club East (formerly the Assure Club) which is more laid back than the west side club, and offers climate-controlled lounges and patio areas with tables and bars that have a very Florida feel.

• The Sideline Sweet Spot: If you want excellent sightlines without paying premium club prices, look for tickets in sections 231 and 242. These unique spots are right on the edge of the club boundaries and provide direct views of midfield and the massive videoboards.

• The Budget Move: Historically, sections 435-437 were the only non-club sideline budget seats in the stadium. However, with the 400-level completely closed due to the 2026 renovations, your best bet for budget friendly options is targeting lower bowl end zone seats.

• The Social Scene: Fans more focused on socializing can get the cheapest tickets they can find and go to FanDuelVille above the end zone. The area has a fun, party feel complete with multiple bars serving specialty cocktails, a live DJ, free daily fantasy competition, and views of the field.

• The Spa Cabanas: The most famous seating in the stadium is the spa cabanas, a truly unique NFL experience complete with a pool, comfortable seating, and all-inclusive food and drinks. The cabanas go for $9,000-12,500 for a 50 person capacity, which could be a very fun option for a fan travel group—though note that they are temporarily offline during the intensive 2026 structural construction phase.
